I had to jump on the wagon and say that I'm so happy Iowa has taken a step in the right direction. In 50 years, we will be unable to believe that we didn't allow our fellow human beings equal rights. I am so so happy.
When Amy and I first started talking about this business, one of the first things we knew we'd want to plan were commitment ceremonies. Gay men and women having equal rights is an issue that's important to both of us, since we both have numerous gay friends (seriously, I don't honestly think I could count). Not to mention equal rights FOR ALL is something we should ALL strive for. So, here's to you, Iowa!
I can only imagine you are throwing one HELLUVA party!
