This is great. It's so out-of-the-box - not at all your typical bridal party look. Often people rely on their floral arrangements to bring color and excitement to their photos, but these girls don't even need flowers. They look fantastic just standing next to each other.

Classic, elegant black. These girls all look great in black satin, and they will look great when they wear it again, too. Sooner or later, some classy event will require an evening gown. Done and done. And it makes the bride (Hi Shannon! You made the blog again!) stand out and look even more stunning than she already does on her own.

I know what you're thinking: "ORANGE?! NO." But look at this - it totally works! They're wearing these cute little orange dresses that are fun but still pretty, re-wearable, and absolutely different. And the teal accents in the wedding design made this look just perfect.

"Go to WhiteHouse/BlackMarket and buy a dress you like. Be in my wedding." Is Lexy not the nicest bride ever? And even though none of these dresses even remotely match, they all work well together while representing each girl's style. Lovely.
yeah, we made ours work well too. simple black dresses and a pink ribbon to tie around and bow in the back. all the girls looked beautiful and the dresses are obviously re-wearable.
ReplyDeleteI sure wish I had gotten to choose my latest bridesmaid dress! Those all look great.
ReplyDeleteMy two bridesmaids had different dresses, one black and one gold, and it looked great! Mixing it up really makes a difference in accomplishing unique style :)
